The question is simple enough, but it can be quite a difficult one to answer. And that’s primarily because the answer typically depends on such a wide range of variables and assumptions. Longer term we intend to migrate to Australia, as we no longer see our home countries as a place where we want our children to grow up. I work for one of the oil majors and that explains our time overseas. Read more About Us
We started our property investment journey in 2004 when after 6 months of initial research we bought our first investment property in Brisbane, QLD. By the middle of 2009 we had grown the portfolio to a total of 10 properties and it became time to slow down and grow our cash reserves whilst we let the value of our property portfolio increase.
