Personal situations differ

Indeed they do, but the principles still apply!

I know from reading other sites and blogs that frequently people make observations like "well, who couldn't afford to retire early when they're on the kind of money you are on..." Of course having a high salary helps, but the concepts I lay out on this website will apply to anyone regardless of their income levels. Ask yourself the following questions, regardless of your income and be honest. Remember, if you don't help yourself nobody else will! If you find that for any of the questions you're not really where you need to be use the link to read more about the subject:

So, ask yourself:

Do I save 10%, 30% or 50% of my monthly income?
Read the section on Saving
Do I have outstanding credit card debt at insane interest rates?
Read the section on Debt
Do I suffer from consumerism and buy depreciating assets on credit, i.e. do I have a habit of getting myself into bad debt?

Do I maximize my income potential?
Do I consider myself a victim of my circumstances, are others just lucky?
Do I know what kind of person I am and what that means to me?
Do I have objectives, goals and an action plan?

You still don't believe me?

Well, you don't need to, because you're going to do this for yourself, not for me. But some level of doubt and critical thinking is always good and besides we all need inspirational examples
